If you are a WIN2000 user, in order to make a connection to VisionFriendly.com you need to disable "Muli-link for single link connections". This is done in Network connections under "Networking". Select settings for PPP and uncheck "Negotiate multi-link for single link connections". You may also need to disable "LCP Extensions".
