Extensive Reporting
Capabilities
From the administrators control panel you have access to extensive reporting capabilities. You can select an employee and see which projects the individual is currently working on. There are several sections that allow easy maintenance and reporting.

The Employee Data section will allow you to view billable and non-billable time from employees and contractors. The Company Data area allows you to view billable and non-billable time by company. The Time Sheet section allows easy production for all hours worked by employees and contractors.

There are also two administrative areas, which allow for simple updates to clients, employees and contractors.

 

Easy Tracking
As you can see from the left image, all hours worked from employees as well as contractors are tracked and can be easily listed so that you can see in real time what your employees have worked on.

Whether you select just today or a week, all the information is delivered instantly to your screen. From this screen you can select which line items apply to invoicing your clients, taking out all of the guess work and aggravation of doing this manually.
