our Plan B dial-up package you get free technical support
just about any time of day. Just call, email, or fax us.
With Plan A, a $25 per incident fee will be charged if support

Emails
 Included
in all Dial-Up plans is one generic email address (for example
matt@visionfriendly.net). However, if you want something a
little more original, our custom emails (also known as Hometown
Emails) give you the chance to personalize your email address.
Hometown Emails can be custom built to reflect who you are
and where you are from. But best of all, it states you are
proud to be an American.
For
example you can now have a personal address of:
JohnJohnson@ElburnUSA.com
.......and for as little as $1.00 a month.
It's
an email address you can have for years to come. Switch Internet
providers, switch jobs, change phones numbers, but keep your
personal email address. Moreover, we can forward your Hometown
USA email to any email address.
Virus
Protection
With
our virus services, viruses are stopped before they reach
your server. Viruses today are designed with the malicious
intent to bring down your computer. With our virus service,
your computer is protected around the clock.
 By
intercepting messages at the gateway, email-born viruses are
stopped before they reach the mail servers. Our virus service
provides the first line of defense and ensures that your defensive
perimeter is not overly reliant on one specific solution.
Infected
messages are quarantined away from your network in a secure,
web-based message center. Immediate email notification
informs the administrator or the recipient of the infected
message. From the message center, the infected message can
be safely reviewed, deleted, delivered, or disinfected.
You
do not need to install and continually update new software
or hardware. Our virus protection service sits inline with
your SMTP traffic, detecting virus strains embedded in the
message on the fly.

Redirecting
 Our
email redirecting service is the simple, anytime-anywhere
messaging solution. We extend an existing email address to
your digital cell phone, pager, or wireless PDA. There is
no need for multiple email addresses, and no need for a special
device. We also let users decide what is important and what
gets delivered to which wireless devices. This means that
users can control which messages do not get delivered wirelessly.
As
with our other features, no new hardware or software is needed.
